Refund policy
For in-store purchases, we gladly accept returns or exchanges with receipt for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. For online purchases, you must initiate a return and send back your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to our inventory constantly changing, we are unable to offer exchanges for online purchases. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return and purchase the new item on a new order. We suggest placing your orders asap, as items do sell quickly.
All returns are processed through REDO. You have the option to purchase REDO at checkout for $2.48, which gets you free returns on items that are eligible for return. If you opt out of purchasing REDO at checkout, you will be charged for the return label when processing your return. If you chose to purchase REDO at $2.48, your return will be processed for free.
Original tags must be attached and the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed. You will be credited in your original form of payment, or have the option for store credit.
If you do not have a receipt or are returning a gift, store credit may be issued if your item qualifies for a return. Sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted on sale items, even with REDO purchased. Sunglasses, handbags, hats, hair accessories, undergarments (including bralettes), jewelry, fragrance, seasonal graphics/items, and gift cards are also final sale, even with REDO purchased. Items purchased during our BOGO sales are also FINAL SALE.
Only items approved through the returns portal may be sent back. If additional, unapproved items are included in your return, they will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for unapproved items, and they will not be sent back to you.
Discounted/Promo Items
Please pay attention to return policy if making a discounted/promotion purchase, most of the time discounted/promotion items are FINAL SALE. If your items qualify for return, but were purchased with a discount (email list discount code, or site/storewide sales), you will lose the discount and be charged full-price for the item(s) you choose to keep. For example, if you had a discount code for $20 off a $100 purchase and return an item which drops you below the $100, you would forfeit the discount and that amount would be deducted from the return amount.
RETURN BY MAIL
Online returns are processed through REDO. Click HERE to process your return and print your return label. Online returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you have final sale items on your order, it will not allow returns on those items. Please only include approved items in your return. If you purchased REDO at checkout your return will be free. If you opted out of paying for REDO, you will be charged for the return shipping when returning your item(s).
Directions:
1. Include a copy of your packing slip with your return. (without this we will not be able to return the item, this serves as your receipt).
2. Package your item as neatly as possible with tags still attached.
3. Mail your package within 7 days of receiving your order for refund.
Once your return is received, we will inspect each item to make sure it qualifies for return. We will contact you if there are any issues. We have the right to not accept or partially accept returns if they don't meet all the return criteria. Please only send back items that were approved to be returned, as any extra items will be forfeited and not sent back to you.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN-STORES
Items purchased online or in stores may be returned or exchanged at your local store within the 14-day return window. You do not need to return the items to the store you purchased them from, or mail back if purchased online.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 2 weeks before your refund is officially posted.
